Are they aluminium legs, do they have any white crust on them?
Has your husband taken the legs out, cleaned, lightly oiled and put back in ? Same regards the locking mechanism?
If you have some springs left a local engineering shop should have some, if you can take one to them. Otherwise it's a case of measuring the wire thickness and other dimensions and looking online.
I'm not familiar with nash beds, I have a 20 year old Fox Chair with the spring and plate type locking mechanism, not sure if that's the same.
If you could take a pic of it and send it to my e-mail (see my profile page) I'll put the picture on this thread. Best make the pic 600 pixels wide to send of possible.

I’ve had my Nash bed about 10 years and never had a problem, but maybe they were better 10 years ago.
Comfy beds with 5 season bags and a mattress layer will always be heavy. If he still finds the bed to be comfortable it’s worth £80 in legs vs £400 on a new one.

My old Nash bedchair had the same issue, but it was around 6-7 years ago at a guess.
Unfortunately Nash has a rep for poor quality now a days, which is a shame as it was a brand built on quality products back in the day.
I think given your husband has had it a few years you best option is to buy the legs or look at getting another choice of bedchair

My husband purchased a NASH indulgence sleep system bedchair a few years ago. Other than it being really heavy the legs have become faulty. As its so heavy he only used it a few times on the bank mainly reserved for France long trips.
I've spoken to NASH who said that you can get replacement legs, but wondered if anyone else had experienced the same issues.
The four adjustable legs under the main section of the bedchair have become faulty, the springs that help the legs adjust up and down have either come out or become harder to adjust.
Nash have said that I can buy replacement legs system for £20 each which is reduced from £25.
I'm annoyed £450+ bedchair has become faulty after 3yrs. I know they legs started going wrong before this but he didnt raise it with them.
I'm a fishermans wife annoyed by the expensive crap offered up by these big named companies and no accountability when things go wrong.
