Thanks, Neil... saw a video on you tube showing this. I recently bought some V 2's as my rx+ alarms are getting on a bit and was thinking of selling them if it was possible to sort out a quick and effective solution as the delk nitelites just don't have the flexibility of the swingers. Decided to keep them and have 2 sets of alarms and indicators to cover all of my needs. Too much hassle. Guess that's capitalism at work

You can also achieve the same by reversing the wires on the LED. On a LED the pos side had a longer input wire. Fox swingers come apart easily by unscrewing the small nut and bolt that holds the head together.
Deliberate ploy by the manufacturers to ensure you donβt use their alarms with a rivals illuminated indicators like you are trying to do.

In reply to Post #3 im currently on holiday, but could make you up a set in a couple weeks if you're still stuck. easiest way is buy the jack plugs with the plastic screw outer, simple case then of just reversing the wires one side, screw outer back on and job done
