I'd say you can't go wrong with any of the established manufacturers. Poachers, DNA, Essential, ABS, Trent, Baitworks, RG, Handcraft to name but a few. Personally, I've been on Poachers for a few years now, but recently used some DNA Bug shelfies and was very impressed.

I'd never pay £15 a kilo for boilies either. Couldn't afford it!! Got 15Kg of Bug after using the shelfies for £7 a kilo delivered.

baitworks are very very good iv been using there bait for many years id say its probably the best out there that im aware of , iv just had a read on the new barbel boile on the website , sounds very good be interesting to try that on the carp thanks for the input 👍

Baitworks pro flow has been a great boilie for me with my barbel fishing.

It would no doubt be a fantastic carp bait as well


Bit steep at £15 a key though ....

whats everyone's thoughts on the best boilies in 2026,? i see so many bait companies out there these days and some come and go ,but theres lots of un heard of boilie companies to choice from so boils down to personal choice
