Have used and caught on both in the past. Although did have my current PB on the black snail I would not put above the B5.

B5 and snail as a combo with such contrasting colours worked for me in the past. I must confess to catching more on the b5 hookbait than the snail but I was always confident when putting out the mixture

When they first released I tank tested them and the fish wasn't keen at start but after a while started feed on them like they was unsure what they was once they eaten them they was search for it so with that in mind may be a application type bait rather than instant. B5 every time over snail

Anyone used the Black Snail boilies from Essential Baits? Considering using them this year.
