In reply to Post #1 you need another binder, such as soya flour to provide elasticity
25g of each, soya, semo, CLO,
20g Maize flour
10g paprika.
And some oil 2ml..20ml per kilo, canola or peanut will do.
64g of egg seems high, you may find it drops to around 50g with soya.
If you want more of a skin on the finished bait, (at kilo mixes) take out two yolks or mix hookbaits with whites only.

In reply to Post #1 Pre-mix your dry ingredients. The first thing is to always add the dry to the liquids until the paste stops being sticky and will roll it to a small ball that has some firmness.
You may find that this combination is too dry and crumbling and wants to break apart!
Adding the dry to the wet allows you to slowly adjust how much you use per mix.
Keep a note of how much dry you start with, and how much is left, so you can then replicate or adjust as needed.
Once you have the dry basemix you can do some 1 egg mixes as test batches.
As hes in USA he could probably look to find an easy alternative to cc moores stuff.
Mill down some mixed bird food seeds and pulses. Add some smooth peanut butter, but be aware of too much oil. Any peanut powder available?
Possibly too much maize.
Try and add a bit of water to each individual ingredient and see if will combine and firm up and roll. Semo will, but maize won't...

Helping my friend in the US with a boilie recipe
40 grams of Maize flour
20 grams of fine Semolina
30 grams CCMoore CLO
10 grams Paprika
1 ml of flavour
64 ml of liquid egg
All ingredients are local except the flavour and the ccmoore CLO.
The mix is combined let for 30 mins before doing anything.
Mix is splitting apart in the rolling table. It’s like it’s not binding properly or it’s too dry.
What’s missing?
