I too can only report the best impression buying from Weston!
Friendly, fast replies and excellent customer service and products.
They forgot to include some spacers for reel handles I bought and sent me the missing spacers within a few days. Excellent!

A couple of weeks ago I wanted to know some things re line lay for my reels, called them and ended up on the phone for 20 minutes, very friendly and approachable

Just a quick thumbs up & thank you to Weston Developments who recently gave me some advice after I managed to damage the handle of an old but much loved Emblem x 5500 reel. I had been trying to track down a replacement handle for the reel for a while but had been unsuccessful, so I emailed Weston to ask whether they could advise whether another handle could be used. I received an answer from them within 20 minutes and subsequently ordered a Diawa spod reel handle from their website straight away. This handle arrived the next day & fitted perfectly. While ordering the handle though, I managed to, accidentally but stupidly, order another handle by mistake. Weston emailed me the next day and refunded the accidental purchase straight away.
So a big shout out, recommendation and thank you to the people at Weston Developments who provided fantastic service, brilliant communication & speedy delivery to the depths of Cornwall. Thoroughly recommended.
