Shallower pegs are towards the back bay - 5 is shallow along the bank where the lake splits, then 6/7/8 are in the back bay itself. 9 is a double on the other side that produces a lot of fish (Simon Crow has done a good video from this peg, and a couple of others as well).
Don’t count out the deeper water though, plenty get caught off the bottom in 20 foot of water that time of year, zigs as well.
