In reply to Post #7 I had an issue with the zip slider on my groundsheet, a week later had a entire new bivvy system delivered and courier collected the faulty one. I expected just a groundsheet but they explained no spares for epic bivvys yet and they would probably use the one I returned for parts.couldnt have asked for more TBF

Only ever had to get in touch twice and both times had a positive outcome , just checked as was fairly recent.
Emailed info@wychwoodcarp.co.uk had a response within 45 minutes

( wow I'm a Solar whore, and not once have they replied to email,phone call etc,I gave up)
