I use sensory voice selfie. U only need to say take my picture and it counts down from 5 and takes a pic. It is really good and free on the app store.

In reply to Post #1 In Samsung default app there is a menu in settings for "Shooting Methods". See if Voice commands are enabled and just say "Cheese"

I have a routine setup on my S22, which you can run by either pressing a button the screen, or as i do , hold the bixby button on my watch, say "Fish picture",
The routine opens the camera app, sets the flash to auto, and portrait mode, then takes 10 pictures at 2ish second intervals, then opens the gallery so u can check pics and re run the routine again if needed.
Seems to work really well,

In reply to Post #1 Use camera timer app.
Set it for unlimited photos, take every 3 seconds.
Set it up, press the button and away you go.
Just takes shots every 3 seconds.
Then when your done, you can go through the pics, find the good ones and crop/edit as required.
Very easy.

In reply to Post #14 I thought with the Google phones you just tell it to take a pic, open your camera and then say hey Google take a picture or hey Google take a selfie

Yes, I had the whistle app on my Samsung, then realised it had its own built in voice activation thing....cheese!
Lost phone and replaced with a Google pixel, good camera, but I can't find if it's got voice activation on it, and I've really tried. I'm not too good at this stuff, should of got another Samsung

In reply to Post #1 Open Camera app. It offers you a load of different settings ie number of shots, interval between shots, etc. You just press the button and it does the rest for you. Works just like an intervalometer.

In reply to Post #9 I didn't realise you could use other words for Samsung.
For years I've been feeling quite self conscious, especially at night when its windy, shouting SHOOT at the top of my voice.
I'll feel much better yelling CHEESE instead. Thanks!

In reply to Post #7 The Samsung app works with several voice commands, but it's much easier to get it to recognise activation if you say cheese!
When its windy i have tried all the other options, but only "cheese" is reliable.
I always put the flash ON so its clear that the phone has taken the picture, as sometimes the background noise prevents me hearing the shutter sound
