Just realised that we were a party of 7 not 6 as I stated.
Provided you are sensible, there is plenty of room.

Went this March. Cracking lake. Facilities are perfectly adequate. Some lovely fish in there and you are pretty much left to yourselves, which I like. Can be long range fishing id you are on the front of the spit. But it's worth winding in during the day and go stalking around the far bank.

Sure you'll enjoy it

Thanks Anton,

There are 4 of us booked on there next April for a social.
I just find it strange with all the YouTube footage of other lakes available, there is next to nothing on Brenne.
Your reply gives us a bit more confidence on the fishing front.

Cheers,

Jason

Hi Jason

Besides public waters, once or twice a year I go on s social trip to France, one such trip in May 2023 found 6 of us at Brenne where wr had over 100 fish out for the week from high 20's to high 50's with a lot of 30lb and 40lb fish. It was a fantastic week where you are left to your own devices, the shower and toilet are adequate as are the fridge and freezer.
You can drop your gear to the swims in your vehicle and then park them in thd car park.

We returned in October 2024 and really struggled with around 15 Carp for the week which was a little strange given the conditions but, that is fishing.
Would we go back again ? Yes for certain.

Hi Guys,

Has anyone fished Brenne lake (Part of the Exclusive Carp Venues portfolio)?
Finding it hard to find any info about the place, other than the Exclusive Facebook page.
Only drone footage on YouTube, as well.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Jason
