I used the slime on my power porter conversion wheel as it had a really bad puncture. It was so easy to do, worked instantly and I didn't need to remove the wheel.

In reply to Post #4 Let us know how you get on, like i said the bead on the Nash tyre is so tough i ended up bending the lip of my rim hence the reason to use slime.

In reply to Post #3 Thanks for the replies I dont fancy the tyre slime option - Korda/ prestige sent me some instructions on how to remove as belopw however seems a lot of faff to me so im taking it to them to do it - £25 plus £6 innertube seems a better option for m,e personally
Thanks for thee feedback
1 ,remove fork assembly from barrow.
2, remove wires from motor and pull through box section to battery side pics 2387, 2388
3, remove the 10mm bolts in the box section in pic 2387.
4, loosen the two allen key grub screws in the bearing pic 2382
5, remove the 10mm bolt making a note of the washers pic 2381
6, the battery side fork assembly can now be removed giving access to the wheel note washer on axle shaft pic 2379
Now you can let all the air out of your tyre and remove just this side of the tyre from the wheel rim. tyre leavers are required for this. You will be able to pull the tube out at this point. It’s a bit of a squeeze. Water with a splash of washing up liquid helps. Re inflate tyre to 20psi.
Reverse process to rebuild only tighten the two 10mm bolts on the box section when the fork assembly is back on the barrow and thumb screws are tight.
This sets the fork for your barrow.

I'm not sure if the porter is tubed but id buy some tire slime, put quiet a bit in and inflate, when inflated spin the wheel so the slime spreads.
The beads on my Nash Evo tyre and so stiff and struggled to get the tyre off.

In reply to Post #1 Try stuff tyre sealant in the inner tube go on Amazon or eBay search OKO tyre sealant remove the small valve core form the valve .It comes with a valve core removal tool in the boot cap put the required amount in it tells you on the side of the bottle how much to put in depending on tyre size then screw the valve core back in place . Then run the wheel across the ground to spread the sealant around and then reinflate the inner tube that will seal the puncture
