I’m not why you are having them issues? I’ve heard Delkims after service is pretty good though so maybe worth giving them a call and explain what’s happening and they will be able to advise you what’s best to do

OK...but if it wasnt on the same channel surely the reciever would not sound when its next to the alarm when I run a piece of line thru it (which it does)
I have tested it this afternoon and it works to about 5 foot in distance. After that...nothing.

Boo is spot on ..

I bought a brand new txi plus from my local shop ,maybe 2 yrs ago ,it would not link up ,Delkim at the time ,when they were still repairing the txi plus wanted me to send my reciever and all 3 ,current alarms ,plus the new one for a 'upgrade ',I took brand new one back ..

Fast forward to one week ago ,contacted Dale and he kindly explained all about what Boo has basically said,he is working on a upgrade as we speak ..

But ....I have no idea why yr one doesn't work proper ,maybe contact Daletronics, would be my best bet ...

It's very interesting, because Dale told me to buy a 2nd hand txi plus ,with black sticker on right hand side of alarm case ,this will link with my reciever, this info is useful for others as well..

I think there were a couple of “models” of the TXI’s. I think they run out of channels or something like that for the first lot so had to put the “newer” lot on a different channel so a “newer” TXI wouldn’t work with an “older” receiver

There is only one alarm that has a sticker on (but this alarm works at all ranges). The sticker details are as follows:
Delkim Tx433
CEPT SRD 1e GB CE

The one with the issue has nothing on it and it looks like it never has.
What was your thinking/reasoning?

Does all three of your alarms ,have a sticker to the right of the casing ?

The sticker is oblong ,black and would be well worn by now ,if not ,can you see any numbers on this sticker ?

There is a reason why I mention this ..

Hi folks...got a strange one. I picked up second hand TXi plus alarms and had them out this weekend for the first time. I put a new battery in each alarm and also the reciever, tested them at home and worked perfectly.
Now heres the issue... When I am standing next to my alarms and test them the receiver works as it should (for all 3 alarms) but when I move away (say more than 6ft) the reciever only picks up 2 alarms when I test it.
I have reprogrammed/reset the reciever to each alarm but the problem still exists. I think its an alarm issue rather than the reciever as it is picking up the other two alars perfectly. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks
