I have a bonsenkitchen model vs3802 and use Fresco sealer bags, 20x30cm. You will get 1kg of boilies in each one.

Make sure you get one with a 'moist' option.

Thanks very much.
I have ordered some vacuum sealed bags and I’m going to line the freezer in cardboard as well.

Freezer burn in boilies is generally because they suffer further moisture loss in the freezer. Any air in the bag will make it worse as the moisture in the boilie evaporates into the air around it. Store them in bags with as much air removed as possible. Small vacuum sealers help or just good self-seal bags with all the air squeezed/sucked out.

Also depends how long you expect to keep them and if the freezer is opened/shut often which leads to temperature changes.

I bought one of these

LINKY POO™ https://anovaculinary.com/en-gb/products/anova-precision-vacuum-sealer?utm_medium=cpc&utm_source=google&utm_campaign=rdi_non-brand_evergreen_vacuum-sealer-category_int_shopping&adnet=g&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=20615682677&gbraid=0AAAAADhfRrCnVpBfa2XOmvFKRCvZ4RgIN&gclid=Cj0KCQjwoZbBBhDCARIsAOqMEZWpHkoM0OTj9VCR1OgDJkHA9pcxtr2p_jl1rKriivnAq_tXRlXT-IAaAuh_EALw_wcB

Then some bags to fit around 1kg boilie in, split them down into around 1kg bags then can just grab what I need when I go, fully removes freezer burn too

Good evening.
I’m just looking for some tips regarding the best way to store boilies to minimise freezer burn.
They are going to arrive in 5kg bags, would boxing them up in the bags in this amount be good enough or should I be looking to vacuum seal in 1kg bags and then box.
Any advice appreciated.
Thanks Tom.
