In reply to Post #6 The lake does get very weedy, but is still fishable.
Water levels can drop a lot in the summer due to it being a farm reservoir.
You don't need your own boat, there are four dotted around. Actually it might be three? You have to supply your own lifejacket and paddle.
The place is clean and tidy, the swims are comfortable and there are some cracking fish to be had.
Most times I pop over there it has been reasonably quiet or empty.
Honestly message Gary about anything, one thing I will 100% guarantee is that he will be straight with you, absolutely zero bs.

In reply to Post #5 Hi All,
I've been offered a ticket for this lake for this season. But I haven't even seen it! Been on the list for a fair few years but assumed you'd get invited for a walk around.
Can anyone past / present members or anyone else who knows about the lake provide any info. Do you need a boat on there and is it still very weedy? PM if need be
Thanks All

In reply to Post #4 Don't think you'll get much info on an open forum about bayeswater syndicate lake.
