In reply to Post #1 Buckwheat can be fermented, I found it very easy in a warm environment.
Whether it’s any better is debatable as lots of variables.

I’ve not used buckwheat for a few years, but I found it best super fresh, cooked on the day of you can.

I’m making up a mix of maize and buckwheat for next weekend, the plan is to ferment the maize but does anyone know if I can ferment the buckwheat too or will
That need using fresh?
