In reply to Post #1 I needed some spool spacer washers for my infinity reels, i bought some from Jims reel shop but needed a few extra.
As you say he’s not cheap ( but i do have some canaries going cheap if you’re interested).
So i emailed Daiwa directly and they sent me loads for free.
You might want to try and contact them direct.

In reply to Post #3 By all means drop me a pm, I have an account with Daiwa so would be considerably less than that.

Yes I’m sure it’s a commonly available washer

Have you got a pair of callipers, if you can measure the sizes they're probably widely available online.
Alternatively have you thought about asking Daiwa themselves, I've found them very helpful in the past
Edit, to me your thinking along the right lines re the noise, I suppose you could always check the noisy bearing by adding a washer from another reel but I'd be wary of damaging the washer itself if there's any damage to the bearing surface.

I’ve just had to replace a worn/noisy line roller/bearing. Whilst doing that I thought I might as well check the other 2 reels at the same time.
I’ve found that 2 of the reels have a tiny washer on top of the bearing, and the third (noisy) one doesn’t…. is it likely that’s what caused the wear/noise? (It was bought used to go with my other 2 so I don’t know it’s history)
Looking at online schematics it’s part number F89-7101, replacements are available from Jim’s, but his minimum order is £8.99 + £4.99 postage, which makes for an expensive 5mm washer!!! Anyone know anywhere else that has them?
Cheers
