Also with the weather being as chilly as it has been recently they will probably have been fine. If we were mid-summer then maybe not

They will be absolutely fine. Many would tell you that they prefer their baits when the sugars start coming out. Others would go as far to say that a bait which is breaking down is better than fresh out the packet.

This is probably a silly question but I was wondering if I took some bait out the freezer 4 weeks ago and plugged in betaine liquid will they still be ok as I completely forgot to refreeze them.
They look ok and as I am going next week and been left out so long I can't see the point in refreezing them now.
