I have never had a response to a message or email from them let alone them answering the phone. Seems to me like they are impossible to get hold of.

I'm glad some people get good service from them,if found them utter *****.I emailed them about their mainline that snapped if a fly farted on it and got nothing back at all

I bent one of the short legs on my pod, 100% human error. 1 message where I asked about buying a replacement and they sent me a new one in the post FOC. Doesn't get better than that. It's why I now have quite a bit of their gear

One word - superb

Bought a used P1 Worldwide that on delivery had an 'unlockable' adjustable leg mech on the upright which rendered the pod useless in effect.

Spoke to Mikey W at Solar and although outside of their policy (was not purchased new) they agreed to look at it; only posted it yesterday - they've fixed it today and are sending it back already. . .

Fantastic service - how to keep customers brand loyal!
