It's more that fact that they went to the trouble of tracking me down, as I did not leave a phone number.

Chris went through the calls they'd had to find me and and then ring me to tell me that I'd been given the wrong email address; that's where the real customer service is.

They could of quite easily waited until I got back to them saying I'd not had a reply to the email or recieved the replacements, which I feel most companies would have done.

Tbf, replacing defective product is the bare minimum I'd expect from any manufacturer.
Result on the extra 3 though fella.

Off of the back or getting three of the plastic V2 butt rests, I ordered three of the black ali ones.

First time out I found that he plastic 'T's' which fit on the rod were very, very tight; to the point of being very difficult to extricate form the buzz bar fitting.

I phoned Bank Bug on Monday, and before I got the words out of my mouth, Chris ant BB, said that they had some production issue and that the 'T's' were too tight ( I expect a machining issue on the ali's not making a big enough hole for them to fit in), and that they would send me three new 'T's', FOC, just send them an email with my address, etc.

I did as requested to the email that Chris provided and waited.

I had a call on Wednesday from Chris, saying he'd given me the wrong email and could I give him my details over the phone; I did so. The new 'T's' arrived this morning.

Cheekily I said I needed 6, as I swap two sets of rods over, despite only getting 3 when originally ordered.
