I’ve used this all season with the exact components you mention and been fine, fished in an around weed with no problems at all 👍 I even crimp loops on my combi rigs now instead of tying a loop.

Not sure about the iq but when I do crimp flouro I always blob the end before pulling tight to the crimp before crimping it just incase 👍

Is it possible to crimp 20lb Korda IQ2 with the XS (0.5mm) crimps and is it reliable? I have total faith in crimping 25lb Boom with the S (0.6mm) crimps, but want something a bit softer. Failing that, how about the original IQ? Typically, Korda don’t state the diameter of any of the breaking strains of IQ. Not sure where it sits stiffness wise in relation to Boom or IQ2 either?
