The chargers on the link given early in this thread are £39.71 each now and state an LED charging indicator. Does that mean the charger definitely comes with the indicator given people’s earlier comments? Has anyone purchased recently.
Update no LED chargers in stock and trying to get answers from the Customer Service Rep is hopeless.

In reply to Post #41 Hey Karlos the new Solar barrows SP C Tech and Traveler version come without batteries which you need to purchase separately for £39.99 x 2 . Can you recommend a lithium battery to match , I assume it would be the same you purchased ?
I don't see the point of buying the heavier acid batteries pif there's a lithium equivalent, albeit a bit more expensive!
I've copied the specs of the Solar acid batteries below.
Solar SP C-Tech Power Barrow Batteries, with none of the latest range of Solar SP C-Tech barrows coming supplied with batteries. These are an essential purchase for anyone looking at the Solar SP C-Tech Traveller Power Barrow and Solar SP C-Tech Power Barrow.

In reply to Post #38 Good idea mate, I've just left mine out in all weathers for the last two and a bit years, I use it mostly at least monthly, and usually through winter too but I don't think I done the old battery any favours by leaving it out there attached etc . Looking forward to trying these out!

In reply to Post #37 I used to leave mine fully connected (and still do) in the garage with the power turned off . . .the only time I disconnect is the handle connection (when in transit to and from lake) and the batteries themselves when they need re-charging . . . will also disconnect the batteries and store elsewhere when first frosts hit as carping is over for me when winter arrives . . .

In reply to Post #36 Received mine within 3 days! They're probably less than half the weight of one of the lead acid batteries, I received two of the chargers with LED indicators too which I was happy about.
Seeing that you left yours on accidentally between sessions, do you usually leave your batteries attached between sessions then, as I do too, which I think lead to my lead acid ones depleting so “quickly” I was wondering if I should now be detaching the batteries when the barrow is away stored in the garage etc?
Thanks

In reply to Post #1 The power of the snotty email - good service tbf . . .not only were non-LED chargers collected and replaced with LED versions; they've now randomly sent me another pair! !
Footnote - stupidly left my barrow 'on' in the garage after returning from a recent trip; 24hrs later when I went back to check something the barrow lights remained on and on full power! Would have never happened with old lead acid jobbies . . .
