They are like Southgate, live in a different world, away from reality.

Now if they give the Swiss a damn good thrashing, I'll gladly take it all back

Sooo glad we won but I've just watched the Southgate after match interview, seriously he's on a different planet

A few weeks ago he said straight after a match he would go away and not listen to anyone, that's fine for some managers but he's not one of those managers.

Toney and Palmer made a massive difference in the time they were on. Exactly the same team bar mainoo starting as the last previous four shambolic games ...and not one sub made until 65 mins gone...

Can't watch anymore If Georgia think they can defend for 90 mins it's game over. Yes Spain beat them twice but play like this and hope to counter, don't think so!

Awful to watch, good knows what the travelling fans think.

For the last 20 minutes of normal time they opened up a bit, and looked very vulnerable at the back. I suppose you could say that both our world class players stood up and were counted but ultimately we were lucky too.

Pickford what a tit, we were lucky, showboating off his line all of the time!

Trippier clueless going forward, thought all Man City players were average and Rice was *****, Saka, a whole load of nothing all tournament

Thought I'd replied to the handball debacle last night, not sure where it went..but..

If the ball strikes the hand surely the owness is to prove the player couldn't of moved his hand out of the way due to the proximity of where it was struck and how fast the ball was struck. With all this tech nowadays it could be done easily.

As it stands from how I saw that decision last night a player could have their back to play, arms out stretched (whinging to the ref probably), no idea of where the ball is or the opposing player, and if the ball strikes his hand it's a penalty due to being in a unatural position, context not considered.
