Is Mr Richardson related to the bloke that invented the heated blanket ?

In reply to Post #23 I’d pay to see him live
That’s just brilliant, I’d love a night out talking bait and maybe a little dance 🥳
Seriously though when I come across his work , it reminds me of my note book
When researching bait , lots of exciting avenues , stuff for further investigation
But ultimately ..another dead end 😂

In reply to Post #5
He made a bet with some friend or what ? It's not possible to do that seriously ?
His «performance» is just .... awsome
This is really the same lad that write a lot on bait ?
He made my day

In reply to Post #5 Why did you have to do that and post that video? I just died all over again. That right there is TV gold. Absolute gold. The first ever time i watched it I thought I was going to wet myself.
-"What does your girlfriend do when you do that?"
- "sometimes she says nothing.... sometimes when I get it spot on she joins in"
-" she must love you very much"
- "she does"
I would like to thank Tim personally for the single most funny thing that I have ever seen. Sod carp bait... This is absolute gold dust for putting a smile on your face.

In reply to Post #14 Quote... can anyone summarise what he suggests that is different to others?
You start off with a beat...and then...develop a rhythm.

In reply to Post #13 Thank You.
Do you store it in fridge or in room temperature ?
I understand that more binder equal slower disintegration in water ?
How do You use Your paste ? Only paste or paste mixed with boiles/pellets ? Wrapping aroud lead ? Cork popup ? pva ? Wrapping aroud bait like in feeder fishing ?
I want to learn about making pastes but buying ebook from Tim is too risky for that price, can You recommend any books for making baits (pastes) ?

In reply to Post #14 From the snippets I've read he suggests everything, how he gets time to test all his theories is beyond me.
Far too complicated and sorting the wheat from the chaff is impossible, certainly for me.

In reply to Post #14 He is a clever guy, however ( Cue: see his sponsored bait company at the time or recipes ) he has an often not needed expensive array of ingredients, paired with his vast scientific knowledge and experiments to get lost in.
You try to match that to a average working mans knowledge, bait making time and budget.
Home made Bait IMHO ideally should be quality, as simple, fresh and easy to make as possible.
One less thing to worry about.

In reply to Post #11 "What do You mean aged ? How did u store it, and for how long ?"
Aged as an absolute minimum for 4 months, vacuum sealed (anaerobic) which allows the baits to produce certain organic acids and compounds slowly. I still have some that are now over 6 years old still sealed, would not hesitate to use them in the right situation. Careful blending of binders vs solubles adjusts the longevity of the bait while in the water.
While many make fun of Tim with that you tube clip he does have a valid point with bait formation and design..
