In reply to Post #152 I don’t really know what he claims but I’m sure he has given me a few extra customers which is a nice return from my point of view. We have all sorts of people using them now and I don’t really mind what people say in the media as I understand the fact that they are sponsored by company x but prefer our hookbaits or even boilies. I have seen a few biggies recently on our baits but on another companies website…….doesn’t worry me personally at all. Nice of them to drop me the message to be fair

In reply to Post #151 Is he catching them on your hookbaits Gav, or claiming he’s caught it on another ‘bait’

In reply to Post #150 You are welcome fella! It is rare that your specific product is out of stock but I am told there is a shortage of hgv drivers hence why that one was delayed. The banoffees………a very well known angler is doing incredibly well on those “down south”😉😉

Wanted to thank Gavin and his team for excellent service, a product was out of stock which slightly delayed my order but I was kept informed. Order arrived a day sooner than expected with apologectic note inside. I tried the banoffee pop ups first time out four takes so looking forward to using the other products I ordered.
Thank You again
Michael

In reply to Post #148 It is a boilie. It has matching hookbaits, and the lads still chop and change from Wafters to pop ups, bright ones to dull ones. But for some reason it just seems to be the bait they love there. To the point where I just know that the last two lads on there using it this year will probably catch the biggun again

In reply to Post #147 Is that K20 as freebies or hookbait. Is there a pop up version of K20?

In reply to Post #144 The bait that works on the tricky lake is the k-2-0 boilie. It is has caught more carp than every other bait put together according to the lads still fishing there. Dark natural salty rich food bait……..that contains snails😉

In reply to Post #143 The Red Legend has managed a few fish out of a couple of tricky waters recently, and I love the dark colour.

In reply to Post #144 It was the K & C corkballs.

In reply to Post #142 Out of interest, which bait worked well at the natural lake. The krill and cal?

In reply to Post #142 I've bought the squids and red legends this time to give them a try along with the Krill & Cal again Gav, in all honesty I prefer the natural colors for hookbaits as opposed to the bright ones but I do use them in certain situations usually one out of the three rods will be fishing on a bright bait but that's just my preference, had to give the Squids a try just on the captures I've seen posted so far but would be happy with them along the lines of the red legend colour or an even deeper red.

In reply to Post #141 There is one water near me that always makes me smile. It is the hardest most natural food infested lake I have ever cast into. One of my baits has caught most of the carp in that lake several times over yet other baits used there struggle to make 2 captures in a year. The one thing about the winning bait…….a basemix made with lots of minerals, salts, and protein…..a really nice fishmeal, krill, birdfood, milk, combo!
The bigguns last few captures have all revolved around that bait.
On a different note we have been discussing bright baits here today and it seems that they are still the most popular hookbait of choice
Super squid and sting are the biggest sellers here

My order turned up just now, placed yesterday pm....
Those Sting pop ups and wafters brought back some memories when i unscrewed the lid....

In reply to Post #138 The base mix attraction is enough, but the way the impact and ice red attract naturals is a huge part of the attraction imo
I found the impact useless on one water, it took a while to realise there just wasn't the invertebrate life at the depths I was fishing to get the best out of it
It's interesting seeing ice red cork balls in the edge too, it doesn't take long for the snails to get to them, it kind of makes a mockery of these finely balanced presentations

In reply to Post #138 That natural impact is awesome stuff. Mixed 50/50 with the o.p.m and a coupl of extra bits it's something else though...
