These are a bargain if you ask me. Decent storm pole/ longer Banksticks if you need rods in water or fish rivers etc. They also have some shorter ones and some with auger points if you search ‘taska bank sticks’ in eBay. These longer ones are £7 delivered. Edit. Just realised they have multibuy too. £6.50 each if you buy 4.

I was trying to find a stove that you recommended Gerry, but failed! For some reason I can never find specific posts using the search function.

I seem to remember it being an amazon special that was identical to a more expensive branded model?

Fence paint, Swarfega hand cleaner, emulsion, cooking oil in pubs and restaurants, fruit filling in bakers to name but a few.
Ask when you go a pub that does meals they are glad to get rid of them.

Go to a food shop outlet they usually buy large buckets of salad cream, mayo etc etc

I got 6 from them about six years ago and still have them 👍

It's a fair point about recycling, however I cant think of anything I've purchased in the last 40 years that has come in a bucket. If paint pots were easier to open I would be set.
