I'd be demanding my money back, some of these rod builders are an utter joke with delays . Thankfully it's only a few of them and there are plenty of good guys still about

At the time they were also aggressively advertising, it made it worse to constantly see outstanding feedback and a lot of brand loyalty while I felt I was being shafted.

In reply to Post #10 Tried to speak with them many of times, they just dont respond to voice mails.
Did speak to Tom about 3 weeks ago and he said that the rods were done and could be posted within 24hrs and someone would call me the next day to sort things out.
Well guess what they never did. Finally got hold of someone this week and he said the rods wont be ready until the end of march!!!

In reply to Post #7 have you spoken too them ? what are you waiting for as lots of companies are suffering supply chain issues.
2 of my mates swear by his work and looking at there rods, there are beautifully finished.

In reply to Post #8 I’ve never cast one but a friend of mine has a full set inc net pole and baiting spoon handle and he swears by them but of a wait for them to be made so I’ve heard but I’ve handled them and they look the nuts really well built and the look is great very nice paint finish reel seat to match full Dillon handle not pencil thin but also not a scarf pole 50mm rings all gloss black inners .....they have my vote ....price of a small mortgage though 🤨

Use the consumer rights act part on him first and tell him you want a refund that might make him focus a little first
Then try a charge back
