In reply to Post #2 In spite of the recommendations on the instructions for the Nash Power Barrows regarding not to use lithium batteries with the product, all the Nash boys themselves have changed over to lithium.

In reply to Post #1 Go on www.batterymasters.co.uk website get a couple of lithium lifepo4 batteries 12v 10ah around £62 per battery comes with a mains charger per battery their half the weight of the sealed lead acid ones and last a lot longer straight swap over no mods needed and their the same size as the sealed lead acid ones so fit in the battery bag . Their what I have been using on my metro power barrow the last year with no problems

Nash Power Metro - 3yrs in and I think my original batteries are nearing the end of their useful . . .being a total div with anything electrical (changing a standard lightbulb is where it ends) . . .
Q - What 'better' options are there available other than swopping out like for like (ie 2x 12V/9ah sealed Lead Acid with spade end terminals/connectors) ?
Don't want to be messing with new cables / connector end differences - just want to be able to use the same supplied wiring connections (1x battery to battery linking cable positive / negative) 1x control box to battery linking cable positive / negative) ie plug and play
HELP! Cheers
