In reply to Post #1354 There's a angle that shows his left boot momentarily under the defenders bottom, then he takes a step and floors himself
City, being taught a lesson, that left defender, is it Lewis, looks very weak
No, it's O'Reilly

In reply to Post #1353 The defender gave the ref something to think about that's for sure but I failed to see any contact with the player
Arsenal won't care though

Arsenal were lucky. That ref, barely blows for any shirt grabbing then books Havertz for nothing
Soft penalty too

In reply to Post #1351 Had the game on. I'm not sure I watched more than 5 mins at a time, it just seemed to be on in the background. Somethings not right.

In reply to Post #1350 Think I'd be a dit disappointed as a scouser, could have been 4:1 in the 1st 10 minutes!
I missed the goals in the geordies match, only watched the 1st half, entertaining enough. I'm not a Barca fan, can stand the hype around them, much like PSG, I thought in the 1st half Newcastle were the equal of Barca, I'd of wanted more than a win before going over there, but all to play for

Very entertaining this Galatasary game, could be anything as a score line
Edit, Looks like the Atletico was the one to watch...doh!

Leeds were brilliant against Norwich ar the weekend, a really good watch.
Looking forward to Liverpool v Galatasary tonight, should be good.
Can't decide on the 8pm, probably going for Newcastle v Barcelona...I really don't like Barca ...but I do like Atletico...hmm

Agree with all of that, felt really sorry for MB & espesh Tesco, 0 supply & hesitant to cross again.
Imagine the future of the game, zero dribbling goals, zero crosses, only goals from set pieces that resemble a rugby scrum in the goal mouth, ...oh hold on a minute...boring boring
That Newcastle winner was a belter
