Just taken receipt of the carp sight system. Yet to try but in comparison to the wind up jobbies, it's much better value. 2 bb pods and bags for the RT version comes to £470. Carpsight 2 hopper system comes with protective case. £325 delivered.

In reply to Post #4 I had the Cyclone Lite on my SB3 from first release until I sold it with the boat. . .now have the Radion Systematic Dual Spreaders on my ND2 so I can plug and play their winchcam in future if and when I get round to it!
Both really solid bits of kit - easy to use . . .customer service also good - you can speak to them on the phone!

I had the Stealth cam fusion spreader and worked really well. If you have their camera system it's not too expensive as don't need an extra battery which is expensive. Works great remote controlled and can set speed. Well worth a look. Only sold mine as got a very good deal on a duo rt7 spreader combo. The stealthcam certainly spread the bait further

Thanks, Chris. I particularly like the look of the double spreader. Ordered. Thanks very much for the heads up on this. Much better product than the wind up jobs which are very overpriced imo. 👍

In reply to Post #1 Bite the bullet and get a Carpsite Cyclone . . reliable and no wind up / hopper release activation . . .adjustable speed to control spread diameter etc

Considering getting one but would like some feedback on effectiveness and durability as it's a ****ing expensive piece of plastic and spring.😂
