Thanks, Neil... saw a video on you tube showing this. I recently bought some V 2's as my rx+ alarms are getting on a bit and was thinking of selling them if it was possible to sort out a quick and effective solution as the delk nitelites just don't have the flexibility of the swingers. Decided to keep them and have 2 sets of alarms and indicators to cover all of my needs. Too much hassle. Guess that's capitalism at work

You can also achieve the same by reversing the wires on the LED. On a LED the pos side had a longer input wire. Fox swingers come apart easily by unscrewing the small nut and bolt that holds the head together.

Deliberate ploy by the manufacturers to ensure you don’t use their alarms with a rivals illuminated indicators like you are trying to do.

im currently on holiday, but could make you up a set in a couple weeks if you're still stuck. easiest way is buy the jack plugs with the plastic screw outer, simple case then of just reversing the wires one side, screw outer back on and job done

need to reverse the polarity of the swingers, female to male jack plug and swap the wires over, should be relatively simple if you got a soldering iron and a bit of heat shrink

Didn't realise characters in the thread box are limited. Asking if it's possible to convert to to delkim plugs.
3 questions:-
Can it be done?
Where it can be done?
Is it worth the hassle or expense?

Have just purchased a set of the v2 delks and while I like their illuminated hangers, they just don't cover the range of use like the fox swingers.
