We often worry and moan about the effect of non- native species released into our countryside and waters. Spare a thought for the Colombian fisherman who now find their rivers infested by Hippopotamus. which are breeding from 4 individuals released ftom Pablo Escobars private zoo when he died. I couldn't believe my eyes when I read the article about it yesterday.
