There was a pretty good one on here too with Jason Hayward giving away some great nuggets of info but it got lost after some kind of site crash. The Cemex one was brilliant.

I was on cemex, I remember a great ongoing thread about the mere with Alan Tompkins (rip) and Terry Hearn/ jim shelly and a few other super stars going at it, some really good information on bait too on that forum, as said it went downhill when it changed to anglers forum,

Arh carpy.co.uk days.... plenty of nutters on there... throughly enjoyed it. Cemex was good laugh and pretty savage at times..... social media changed things i guess.

Can't even remember if I registered with the old Semtex forum. But I didn't really get on with it to behonest, Found it a bit Cliquey. Some of the members thought they held sway over what was right and wrong in Carp fishing. But no doubt at times as mentioned could be an absolute treasure trove of information. Bit of a double edge sword for me.
Carpy forum. Wasn't that a bit lawless..All the members ****ing everyone of at every opportunity  
Who remembers " That ain't no Bream " Forum. Bit Yateley centric that one..
