I've got a small Jackery 100 Plus that I use for day sessions & any non-fishing day trips.

For anything longer I've got a jackery 300d. It forgoes the inverter to save weight. Which balances out the additional weight of LiFePo4.

LiFePo4's should hold their total capacity over many more charge cycles than lithium, definitely think it's worth it for the additional weight

Agreed these are probably the best on the market great to use in a campervan.
These weigh about 7Kg so something to bear in mind.

With all the gear we carry that requires charging nowadays - phones, laptops, torches, lamps, boat charges etc I found I was carrying a number of power banks with me each trip and then they took ages to charge again when I got home. So I invested in the Bluetti AC50P power station which has been excellent. I now have no concerns over running out of power and the power station charges ultrafast when I get home. Yes I know they are bigger than a power pack but in my opinion this is a small price to pay for so much power when I'm fishing.

Anker C300 is fantastic. £150 for 90000mah. More importantly it allows for up to 140w charging via usb c which is great for laptops etc.

Its small and also has a built in light with 5 year warranty. If you don't need that much mah the 200 is also very good.

Its the superior Lifepo4 battery, only weights 2kg and they doing a sale for £150 unit only or £250 with PS100 solar panel which would last you weeks. There is also an AC version if you want to use standard plugs but imo thats not needed

Look for the highest ah capacity is my motto, also be aware some companies claims of 96k amp hours etc.. sometimes these are only at 5v, be careful

So you have to test many other brands to compare ? I disagree, if you're happy with what you have why would you buy another for the hell of it, and tbh brand loyalty tends to kick in once you're happy with something irrespective of what it is. Having said that, nowadays folk do seen more fickle and there are a lot of none branded choices out there that are possibly just re badged, it's so hard to tell nowadays

I'm not naive, I know they're sponsored half the time, doesn't mean to say the product isn't any good

Well my recommendation is based on owning the fox,Ridgemonkey and now this jackery and for its size it is crazy how much the jackery can charge.I paid £159 and im seriously impressed with it,if the op really wants a fishing brand id go for the solar tackle one but the 96k is alot more expensive than the jackery.

Im sure they are great, but they also sponsor a lot of them, so that love for them isn't always organic.

I speak to people often about van conversions, and people mention Jackary all the time, and when you question them, they have never even heard of any of the other brands, so you know their recommendation isn't based on any real world testing.

I just ordered the anker 200 with solar panel, £149 on amazon at the moment. Pretty hard to beat that deal i think. Direct from anker and was delivered in 2 days, as opposed to the stated delivery time.

https://amzn.eu/d/014Q4OD0

Or the jackety 240 which is a similarish spec, is £159 on offer currently

Cant do links, sorry

Thanks
