12' or pref 13' 3.5 Intensity models will probably lob bricks with ease!
I have 12' 3.25 and they are seriously under-rated for the stated TC in comparison to other 3.25 blanks

I seem to remember the Outdoor Boys fishing channel covers pack bait rods, from those available over there and iirc didn't he have some made and sold, cat rods too...though not how we know them, smaller etc?

As per title, any recomendations for affordable set of rods for solid bags and/or method ?
I would add that our version of method here in the U.S. is called packbait, which in my case would mean casting a large ball of oatmeal/panko based bait formed around a feeder, total weight around 5 or 6 ounces, sometimes as much as 8 ounces.
Not needing especially long range, but rather rods that can take said abuse and hold up.
A good friend here swears by his cheapo Sonik Vader X 3.5's and has had zero issues with them.
That said, has me looking at Sonik HeroX in 12ft 3.5.
Any feedback, or alternative suggestions much appreciated. Currently using Avid Traction 3.5's and wish I could still get another to make a full set, they have been very dependable.
Kaizen Green 12ft 4lb worth a look ? FS Helicals look good value too, but vendor here doesn't have the 3.5's in stock....
