Fox frontier lite pole popped out of ball joint.

As title says. I arrived at lake friday afternoon in rain quickly got ground sheet down and when i put the bivvy up the left handside front pole popped out of the block. To say i was disappounted was an understatment. I love the shelter ive got the full system i only had it few months and then this happens. I took it all apart this afternoon and got it back together again it its working fine now. Should i get rid of it while its working and get something else or stick with it. Is it a common problem or do i have a defective one.
