Use that all the time. But on boilies so it can soak in. Don’t think it’d do so well on particle.

Can't see it doing any harm, if you've got a couple of empty buckets then you can keep them soaking for longer.

Greekskii mentions both CSL & Hydrowheat, I was meaning to take a look at the wheat one years ago as I use a lot of particle but forgot to, it says dense which is what you want to get it down there. [ anyone got any info on this products use? ]

CSL I haven't used since the early to mid 90's and it was excellent, not sure on the modern stuff but could well be worth a go as well.

It's very rare for me to use particle that hasn't had a bit of this & that added, I know it's not for everyone but it can make a big difference if got right.

Could always take a big pan and reheat the particle with some water and said liquid of choice to try get it in to the bait more. I know a certain Mr Hearn talked about this with dynamite maize and golden syrup a few years ago.

Then put it out warm?

Might be a bit of a faff though. CSL or hydrowheat might a good options?

Because you said sweet I'd add sensas Aromix to that list, overlooked nowadays.

Off to a lake for a week where you can only use their particles and I want to include some sweet liquids/glugs into them.

Am I wasting my time? Once hitting the water do these liquids really just disperse so finely in such a large body of water that will render them useless?

If not, what are my options?

I was thinking the thicker the better, is may hold together better as it falls through the water column?

Ones I have looked include BetaStim, Tiger Nut Extract, Condensed Milk, Molasses & Corn Syrup.
