I've had the exact same service when I lost my landing net spreader block.

Some praise for excellent customer service from ESP. Had an issue with an item at weekend. E mailed them asking could I purchase the replacement part. Got a response within an hour asking for my address so they could send the part free of any charge and received it today. Fantastic service.
