Took switch apart , blasted with hair dryer ๐๐, now working.

I have a mk6 with the older style controller and always put a freezer bag over the handle and controller when thereโs wet weather, the one time I didnโt it died on me. After a freewheel push back to the van, had to dismantle it at home and dry it out and squirt it with switch cleaner to get it working again.

In reply to Post #1 If it got wet, I'd be drying the switch out for a few days before trying anything, if you think that's the source of the problem

Hi
I have a power
Portor xtreme 3 years old , it got wet today and now no matter what I select forward or reverse on the switch , it only goes backwards.
Any help please guys
