Will do. I would have gone for X line but they dont do 1000m spools.

Keep us updated mate, I was looking at this a while back but went with X Line as the price was good, and I have used it before - interested to see how you get on.

Yes it does to be fair mate. Unless you're going to America any time soon thats probably the best price you'll get.

I've used it for 15+ years.
Great for casting as far as Fluorocarbons go, sinks very well with good abrasion qualities. I'll only use a palomar for knots with it as found other knots don't mix too well.

Yeah I definitely rate the xline, tough as old boot and cheap compared to anything else but you certainly don't compromise anything for the cheaper price tag

Can't speak about the Seaguar as only used it for hook links but I find X-Line fluoro excellent
Largest spool they do is 600m

I found some pretty bad reviews of it when I was looking into options and ended up going with Kontour.

Amazon are doing 1000yds in 17lb for £102. Does that sound resonable?

Brilliant stuff, I used to buy it whenever I was in the states from basspro shops. If you think carp anglers are fussy over what gear they use, you should meet bass anglers over there.

.Not used it as a mainline but, used it for leaders for years and it is tough as old boots.

Can anyone recommend this fluoro? I am looking at the 1000 yard spool and this seems to be the best i can find. I already use Tiger Line and have had too many snap offs for my liking.
