The cat pro ones are really firm rubber, I use them with the large bore ceramic run rings they do which looks to be a similar size to those fox one, and even whacking out big lives they don't pull through. They'll be fine

I think a 10mm bead (especially if rubber) will pull through the big run ring under pressure e.g. casting

I do have run ring kits from ESP, Fox etc in my other gear it was specifically this 'super duper' Fox ring that I was scratching my head about, why offer the run ring without a matching bead for it?

Thanks for the links/hints etc.
I had already looked on eBay (and TEMU) for beads but thought that before I bought a load I would see if anyone knew the 'official' Fox answer/approach...I thought Fox might have something clever/snazzy that was somehow better than a standard bead

Just had a quick nosey on eBay, black acrylic beads, 2mm increments in size up to 20mm
Loads of 10mm rubber ones, inc buffer typre (my pref).
The Korum ones I was thinking of were the quick change beads so probably no good.

Bead in that kit is 10mm

IIRC Korum do run kits too, I'll have a nosey later.

What about the beads from the run ring and bead kit, they look like they might work to me. Can you measure the size of the hole and I'll measure the bead, though it may be a little later on

Thanks, I'll go check them out.

I found it weird that Fox didn't do something to marry up with these...how else are you meant to use them without the swivel/trace pulling through!?

I considered using a bait popper (foam ball) as the bead, but I don't really want a 16mm foam ball on the swivel

I bought some of these run rings.
When I went to use them last week I realised I don't have any beads big enough. They all pull through the hole. The biggest beads I had were the 8mm ESP Shocker Beads.

I checked the Fox website but couldn't see the matching beads for these...

Someone put me out of my misery please...
