In reply to Post #1 Furzebray in Devon used to be good but it’s now another 300 on top of the lodge booking to fish the main island lake
It does have a mint linear in it though almost to make it worth the money lol.
Not sure on the other lake set ups.
Accommodation was mint when we went.

In reply to Post #1 Lake Pochard in the Cotswold Water Park has log cabins, lake was on a video Chilly did of winter fishing a while back.
Furzebray in Devon has cabins also.

I'm not sure on your location there is a couple in Norfolk.
Wispy Meadow
A few friends have fished Wispy Meadow, i think its minimum of 48hrs and no children allowed, i couldn't tell you what the stocking i like but the cabins have hot tubs.
I've been to Woodlake's a couple of times and its getting popular with a few angling celebrities advertising, some of the lakes are a total rat race and wouldn't recommend the 2pole (Ithink its called) lake, the cabin lake has less cabins on and can only fish from one side and produces the bigger fish.
Wood Lakes
Champion lake is a syndicate i think

Have been to Mill Lodge retreat in Essex, decent, hot tubs/food packages, some nice lumps to go at also! My old man has had them out to 39lb.
Just recieved info for a complex called Cherry Lakes in Cotswold, looks very smart also.

In reply to Post #4 Seeing something on Dolly Mill on Insta started this off, so certainly that type of thing 👍.
As it's a week distance not too much of a problem. Maybe just south of Brum

If Lincolnshire isn’t too far, S&R fisheries specialise in a that sort of thing with luxury lodges and exclusive lakes available. Or if youre happy to swap the lodge for a static caravan with large decking, Dolly Mill is where I’d go for sure

Cheers Karlos, everything has to go passed the Mrs for approval so any suggestions welcome 👍👍.
I've seen on on an RH fishery, but keeping that off her radar 😂😂😂

In reply to Post #1 Not saying this is ideal, but just to get the ball rolling.
My Mrs got us the safari tent/lodge 'thing' on the side of the main lake at Sumners Ponds.
It was April time and wasn't too busy, so I had plenty of water to go at.
She slept in the tent and I slept under the Fox Evo on the patio/decking by the rods.
Had a couple fish each night so all in all a pleasant little getaway.
If it was busy with everyone casting everywhere (assuming that's what would happen) it might not be quite so relaxing

I just nearly choked on my cuppa as my Mrs said that if I can find a quiet lake with a nice log cabin she'd happily go on a fishing holiday with me!
This isn't really my bag, so don't know where to start or even how many places like this exist.
Are there any worth a look?
Cheers
