You could put a couple of blobs of putty above tubing, it will allow the tubing to release if the worst was to happen?

Yeah that's one solution, might be able to do something with that but I've been looking at a few systems and they don't seem to have anything on the market that locks the tubing in place which I find a bit odd.
Maybe there is but I can't find one 😕

Can someone tell me if there is a system out there now that allows you to drop a inline lead using tubing without leaving the line bare . ?
Normally you would push the swivel in the front of the lead and rubber on the tail if your using leadcore ,but when using tubing the lead drops off and the tubing is left free to travel up the line leaving a bare line.
So is there a way of securing the tubing so it doesn't ride up the line but still allows the lead to drop free ?
