Some time back I had a faulty scull cap. Sent them pictures and they posted a new one out that day. Told me to keep the old one.

I've just returned a faulty bivvy to them, had to chase for the refund but they were quite responsive.

Hello all,
Have any of you experienced problems with the customer service of the aforementioned company? Don’t know if it’s me being finicky, but I feel their customer service is awful!
