I was going to suggest looking at the Epic just based on the video I saw about it, a real contender to Trakker but a few hundred less, but as that's all I know I didn't!

I'd be really interested in knowing what you think when you've got yours and tried it out

I've got the new Wychwood Epic on order. Obviously don't have yet to give a user review but features may well tick your boxes

Have you considered the Sonik AXS bivvy? I think it ticks all those boxes, front is fully removable and has mozzi/clear/solid options all built in. The V2 has a vapour cap available plus overwrap. I've had the V1 for a few years and really like it. Used for a weekly overnight session.
I think the Avid EXO range probably also would work but not one I've owned.

That's a blast from the past. Had one of these myself. Think your going to struggle to find anything simular to those old sprung ribbed pram hood shelters. Saying that. It seems the brolly is making a come back.. so why not these.. what goes around, and all that. Well done on keeping it in a usable fashion for these past 20 years and not managing to snap one of the ribs..

Hey Everyone,

I've had my JRC X-Lite shelter/ bivvy for close to 20 years now, and it's in need of replacement, and I'm looking for suggestions, cause I'm stumped. I want something that can be a shelter for day sessions, and a bivvy for longer sessions, has an optional second skin, rear ventilation, a peak (which would be an upgrade) with rod straps, removable ground sheet, and obviously a fully removable front, with a door, and two windows.

Any tips? Was looking at the JRC Stealth Compact 2G, but that's a bit low (135 cm.). The Fox EOS 1 Man looks cool, but no windows in the front panel.

Cheers in adavance!
