TBH, I doubt that you'll find a hook which is better than, and also cheaper than the Nash Twister. As has already been stated, don't skimp on hooks !

Yes, tbh wasn't convinced by the points on them, probably the reason I hadn't bought them. The fox look a good alternative. As others have suggested, I've been happy with the Nash, was just seeing whether there was a better and cheaper alternative.

The Rig It hooks look like the cheap Chinese ones which are around £ 12 per 100 on eBay ! Have you considered the Fox Armapoint Wide Gape Straight Points ?

I think I've got a load of packs of the older style twisters in the shed mate, can dig them out and let you know if if any use?

Edit: I've got 9 unopened packs of fang twisters - size 8 micro barbed I won't use

Don't scrimp on hooks, the most important bit of kit you use. People sit behind thousands of pounds worth of rods and reels in a thousand pound tent and want to save 30 pence on a hook....

if you like the straight point and 90 degree, the esp slammer is great hook, about £1 cheaper so still expensive compared to bank tackle / temu stuff, but still a great back up.

I use, and really like, the shape of the Nash Twister hooks when using the rig similar to what Julian Cundiff uses. Other hooks I use are from Bank Tackle and the like. Is there a similar pattern which is cheaper than the Nash. I see Rig It Tackle have one but never used their hooks before.
