I had an issue with a Worldwide Pod that I'd picked up used but in vgc - there was an issue with the locking collar - Mikey sorted it pronto & £FOC as well as sending a free pot of pop ups / solar stickers (that were peeling off on the buzz bars) for the pleasure . . . .superb customer service

In August 2023 I rang Solar on 01322 277345 and spoke to Mikey Whiskin.about a faulty spreader block
He asked me to send a photo to sales@solartackle.co.uk.and a replacement part was sent
I didn't have to but I sent the faulty part back

Is there another way to contact Solar tackle direct ..I have over the last fortnight sent two emails ,which have not been replied to,despite the autobot saying they'll reply
The number on the website just won't be answered, I only want to speak with a human ,you know they have a head,and arms and legs ..
Does Solar even exist . Lol
