In reply to Post #1 You have to remember that it is thought provoking - yes, but it is also very edited.
Edited, to become a key marketing tool , to show & install that end tackle seed & element of doubt that everything you knew or trusted and caught plenty of fish on .....
is now not the one
You need to use this new end tackle/line/rig, blah, blah, blah.
Cue empty bank account on new stuff £££

I think it makes you question everything too much. Ive only watched the cyp ones tbh, sometimes the fish go straight for the hookbait and sometimes hoover up everything around it and totally ignore it. How blatant does a stiff hinge look compared to free offerings yet probably has accounted for more big fish than anything else?

I find in the water videos fascinating to watch. There’s so much to learn and understand and it helps me gain a greater perspective on what is going on under the surface. If you don’t like it, don’t watch it but for me, I think they’re great.

In reply to Post #1 Are you talking about the underwater type vids or am I misunderstanding?
If so, well I get where you're coming from. It is fascinating to watch though, & it can lead to rig development & baiting approaches etc.

Just watched more carp feeding on our hook bait, we live a life off cameras now, roads, towns and cites, do we really need to watch fish we fish for.
