Do you mean their zig kit?

If so, I haven't had any issues... In fact, it's caught me two fish in the last week.

Which way round are you attaching the lead boom that sits over the float, it has to go a particular way round. So that it points downwards towards the ground. Although, I'm not sure that would cause your issue.

I always use mine with PVA foam.

Been trying to use a Fox Edges adjustable rig this weekend but had problems after the recasting with it not floating.

Even tried dropping the lead first and then the float/hooklink with a boat but couldn’t get it to float.

Brought into the margins and the lead was sinking a bit in the silt but nothing major and the float popped up but any time after casting it just wouldn’t pop up.

I was using the lead boom that came with the kit so a little silt shouldn’t have trapped the float.

Any ideas what I was doing wrong?
