Distance dependent of course, but for value and accuracy I always end up resorting back to the Drennan boilie pult

I have found the spread can vary depending on how you pull the pouch back - If you grip the boilies inside the pouch, they tend to go all over the place but if you use the loop on the pouch they seem to stay tighter - also I try & keep the pult at right angles to my arm as any slight angle seems to effect the trajectory of the pouch on the follow through & again, spreads them out.

In reply to Post #1 I have a few ESP Boilie Pults, some with the original pouch, some with the particle pouch. Tend to use the particle pouched one for boilies.

Currently using an ESP pult, which is very much the triggers broom of catapults.
Can anyone recommend a catapult for medium range work? Ideally one that’ll allow me to fire 6-8 baits in a tight-ish group at a time. I do understand that is somewhat down to the user obviously.
Having looked on the internet and tackle shops, I genuinely can’t believe the price these have gone up to now. Having said that, happy to pay out for a decent one. Cheers lads
