The 13ft Trebuchet Light is easy to compress and I find accurate distance casting a lot easier than I expected.
My Spod Rod is a Century C2 Distance which is also good to cast with and easy to use.
So I don’t think you can go wrong with either rod’s really but I know the Trebuchet Light have a nice playing action and feel in control of the fish.

Morning,
Looking for views on the Century C2 Sp 13ft 3.75 against a Harrison Trebuchet Light.
I'm fairly small, 5ft 8 and 10st and am looking for a distance rod that I can compress, whilst restricted to a lead size of 3.5oz, whilst needing to be able to fish reasonably accuratley at 120yds max.
Currently have old style C2 12ft 3.5, plus Old Torrix, so happy with either brand. In an ideal world I would be able to test both models, but cannot. I can compress a 13ft TX2 Intensity, so think 13ft would help me with a more forgiving action than 12ft.
Thanks
Ian
